Activity

Rental of vehicles without driver (no administrative authorisation required, art. 133.1 of Law 16/1987, LOTT), sale of used vehicles, purchase of vehicles from private sellers and the Betta Care car care service. We do not adhere to any code of conduct.

Information and prices

The information on this website is not a binding offer: every contract is made in writing. All prices are final and include VAT. Anything a service does not include (for example fuel, tolls, fines, extra km, excess or deposit) is stated next to it. Car specifications are indicative of the model and vehicle images are illustrative: the actual vehicle may differ.

Use and intellectual property

You agree to use the website lawfully. Texts, design and logos belong to Gestión del Papeleo, S.L. or its licensors; photos are used under the licences listed in Photo credits. Manufacturers' brands only identify the models.

Liability

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.

You can send any complaint to info@gestiondelpapeleo.com. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) are available at the workshop, C/ Albert 36. We do not currently take part in a consumer arbitration scheme.
