What we process and why

• Requests and contact (name, email, phone, message, car of interest): to reply and prepare what you ask for. Basis: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest. Period: until resolved and at most 12 months if no contract follows.
• Sell us your car (car details, photos, contact): to value it and make an offer. Basis: pre-contractual steps. Period: 6 months if there is no agreement.
• Customers of rental, sales and Betta Care (identity, driving licence, payment, contract): to manage the contract, insurance, invoicing and driver identification with the DGT. Basis: contract and legal obligations. Period: the contract plus statutory periods.
• Offers: only if you tick the box (consent) or, if you are a customer, for similar services (legitimate interest, art. 21.2 LSSI). You can object in every message.

Recipients

Insurer (rentals), the Spanish traffic authority (DGT) and public bodies where required by law, our accountants and advisers, and processors under contract: web hosting (Vercel), Betta Care card payments (Stripe, hosted Checkout: we do not store the card number) and email (Resend, in the European Union). Where a provider is outside the EEA, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at info@gestiondelpapeleo.com. We reply within one month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We make no automated decisions. The website is not aimed at under-18s.
