How sign-up works. 1) Choose your plan. 2) Enter your details and your vehicle's. 3) Check the summary: you can correct any detail with «Edit» before paying. 4) Accept the terms and pay by card. You will receive the confirmation and the terms in PDF by email. We keep the electronic contract and you can ask us for a copy at any time. The contract is concluded in Spanish or, if you choose, in English, Catalan or German. Payment methods: card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) on the website; SEPA direct debit is also available by contacting us. No surcharge for the payment method. Period and automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month and we will charge €[AMOUNT] to this card on the [DAY] of each month, until you cancel. No minimum term.

How to cancel: whenever you want, with no penalty, at https://bettacar.com/en/betta-care/baja/ (with your email and subscription number, «Cancel my subscription» button) or, if you prefer, by writing to info@gestiondelpapeleo.com or by post to C/ Can Savellà 21, Palma; we will confirm the cancellation by email within 24 hours at the latest. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and you will not be charged anything else. Cancel my subscription.

Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from today to withdraw without giving any reason and we will refund what you paid to the same card within 14 days at the latest. If you ask us to start before those 14 days are over and then withdraw, you will only pay the proportional part of the service already provided. See terms and withdrawal form.

Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to cancel at no cost.

I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Betta Care subscription and I authorise Gestión del Papeleo, S.L. (Betta Cars) to store my card through Stripe and to charge my plan fee to it at each renewal, until I cancel. I have read the Privacy Policy. General Terms and Conditions (PDF). Privacy. I want the service to start now, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that, if I withdraw later, I will pay the proportional part of the service provided up to that time, and that I would lose the right of withdrawal if the contract had been fully performed.

If you do not tick it, your subscription will start on and your first month will count from that day; we will still charge you today.

By pressing «Subscribe and pay», you authorise Gestión del Papeleo, S.L. (Betta Cars) to charge €[AMOUNT] today and then €[AMOUNT] every [month] to this card, on the [DAY], under the terms, until you cancel. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (strong customer authentication). The payment is processed by Stripe: Betta Cars does not see or store your full card number.
