The three plans

Betta Care Basic

You live in Mallorca and use the car every day.

75 €/month + VAT (90.75 €/month incl. VAT)

  • 1 full wash a month: exterior, interior, and vacuum.
  • One inspection a month with photos, which we send you by email: fluid levels, tyre pressure, lights, battery, and wipers, and a look at pad and tyre wear. It is a visual check. It does not replace the ITV (Spanish vehicle inspection).
  • The labour for one oil and filter change a year. The oil and the filter are paid separately.
  • 15% off labour for basic mechanical work and paint, always with a written quote first.

Duration: Minimum stay of 1 month. It renews each month and you can cancel whenever you want, by the same means you used to sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

Betta Care Premium

You want us to take care of everything, or you have little time.

99 €/month + VAT (119.79 €/month incl. VAT)

  • Everything in Basic: the monthly inspection with photos and the labour for one oil and filter change a year (the oil and the filter are paid separately).
  • 2 washes a month: one full wash (exterior, interior, and vacuum) and one exterior wash.
  • 1 full clean a year, thorough, inside and out.
  • Collection and return in Palma, once a month, in the city of Palma: our team drives it, with a record and photos at each handover, and we are responsible for your car while we have it.
  • ITV handling, once a year: with your permission, we take your car to the station and bring it back. The ITV station tariff is paid separately. If it does not pass, we explain why and we do not repair anything without your OK and a quote.
  • 20% off labour for basic mechanical work and paint, always with a written quote first.

Betta Custodia

You have a car in Mallorca but you do not live here all year.

85 €/month + VAT (102.85 €/month incl. VAT) · or 850 €/year + VAT (1,028.50 €/year incl. VAT), in a single payment

  • A space for your car at our premises in Palma, which you can collect whenever you want during our hours. Only 20 spaces.
  • A start and a check every month: battery, pressure, and fluid levels.
  • A wash before each handover, so that you find it clean.
  • With the annual plan, 4 airport transfers a year: we take the car to Son Sant Joan or collect it there. Our team drives it, with a record and photos at each handover, and we are responsible for your car while we have it. The monthly plan does not include transfers.
  • An extra transfer, or any transfer on the monthly plan: 35 € + VAT (42.35 € incl. VAT).

Duration: monthly plan with a minimum stay of 1 month; 12-month annual plan, which then continues as monthly unless you want to renew it. If you leave the annual plan early, we refund the share of the full months you have not used. Limited spaces.

What no plan includes

  • Parts and spares (including the oil and the filters).
  • Wear parts: pads, discs, battery, tyres, wipers, and bulbs.
  • Repairs of breakdowns. Betta Care is not a mechanical warranty.
  • Bodywork and paint (quoted separately; paint labour has your plan's discount).
  • The ITV station tariff, fuel, and tolls.

For private cars, of any age and mileage. Fleets: price on request.

Before you join, we look over the car with you, at no cost, and tell you its condition. If it needs a repair before we can look after it safely, we give you a quote and you decide.

Mechanics

Mechanical maintenance and repairs at our workshop in Palma, always with a written quote first. We do not repair anything without your OK. Repairs have a warranty of at least 3 months or 2,000 km, covering labour and materials. If the parts have a longer warranty, the parts warranty applies.

Bodywork and paint

Dents, scratches, and paint at our workshop in Palma, always with a written quote first. We do not repair anything without your OK. With the same warranty as repairs: at least 3 months or 2,000 km.

How it works

  1. Request information with the form. Tell us what car you have and which plan interests you.
  2. We write to you within 24 hours on working days with the full terms, and we answer your questions. We are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 15:00.
  3. We look at the car together at the workshop. This is the intake check, at no cost.
  4. If it suits you, we sign the contract. Until then there is no commitment and no payment.

Frequently asked questions

Does requesting information commit me to anything?

No. You are only asking for information. The service starts when we sign the contract.

How long do I have to stay?

Custodia also has a 12-month annual plan, paid in a single payment, which then continues as monthly unless you want to renew it. What if I contract without coming to your premises?

If you contract at a distance or away from our premises, you have 14 days to withdraw. If you ask us to start earlier, you pay only the proportional share.

Do the prices include VAT?

We show you the base + VAT and the total incl. VAT. If you are a private customer, you pay the total.

What happens if my car needs a repair?

We send you a written quote. We repair it only if you give the OK. For basic mechanical work or paint, your plan's labour discount applies. Repairs have a warranty of at least 3 months or 2,000 km, covering labour and materials. If the parts have a longer warranty, the parts warranty applies.

Does it apply to any car?

The plans are for private cars, of any age and mileage. If you have a fleet, we prepare a price on request: say so on the form.

What does my car need for Custodia?

Your car must have insurance and a valid ITV for the whole time it is in storage. Without them we cannot move it.

How do I pay?

Nothing is paid on the website: first you ask for information and we sign the contract. The Custodia annual plan is paid in a single payment.

I live outside Spain. Can I take Betta Custodia?

Yes. That is what it is for. We assist you in Spanish and in English.

We do not ask for the number plate, national ID, address, photos, or bank details. Those are requested when you sign.
