Terms and fees

Prices per car and per month, according to the term you take. They do not include fuel, tolls, parking, fines, extra kilometres, damage not covered by the insurance, or the deposit.

If you are spending a season on the island

You come to work, to work remotely, or to spend a few months. You need a car from the first day and buying one does not make sense. You choose the term and we hand it over checked by our workshop.

The terms, set out clearly

This summary is for information. The full terms are given before you sign and they match this summary.

1. Who rents the car. Gestión del Papeleo, S.L. (Betta Cars), NIF B42869537.
2. Duration. The term you choose: 1, 2, 3, 6, 10, 12, or 24 months. We will tell you before it ends. Ask us about the terms for extending it.
3. Price. The price in the table (base + VAT and total incl. VAT), paid monthly in advance by bank transfer. Annual review in line with the CPI (INE general index) only if the contract is renewed.
4. Included. Maintenance according to the manufacturer, ITV, repairs for normal wear, and insurance. Ask us about the cover.
5. Not included. Fuel, tolls, parking, fines, kilometres above 15,000 a year, and damage not covered by the insurance. Ask us about the extra-kilometre price, the kilometres on terms of less than 12 months, and the limit per claim.
6. Deposit. Ask us about the terms.
7. Drivers. Only those named in the contract, with a licence valid in Spain. Ask us about the minimum age and how long you must have held the licence.
8. Use. Private. You may not sublet the car, or use it as a taxi, for VTC, or for deliveries to third parties.
9. Area. Ask us about the area terms. To take the car on a ferry you need written permission.
10. Early termination. You can end the contract before the term is over. Ask us about the terms.
11. No right of withdrawal. If you contract at a distance, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, because this is a vehicle rental for a fixed period (art. 103.l TRLGDCU).
12. Personal data. We process them under the Privacy policy. We will identify the driver to the DGT in the event of a fine.

How rental works

1. Choose the car and the term. Each car shows its fee + VAT with the total incl. VAT.
2. Request your car. With the form. We confirm availability and the terms.
3. Sign the contract at our premises. We give you the full terms before you sign, and you pay the first fee by bank transfer.
4. Collect the car. Checked by our workshop.
