Warranty

Conformity warranty: 1 year, the period agreed in the contract for used vehicles (art. 120.1 TRLGDCU; without an agreement, the law provides for 3 years). If you are a consumer and a lack of conformity appears in that period, we repair it at no cost to you (or we replace the vehicle, if that is possible and proportionate). If that is not possible or it is not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or, unless the lack of conformity is minor, termination of the contract. The condition, the mileage, and any known defects are set out in an annex that you sign separately. Normal wear after handover is not covered.
